Covid-19 and how it is affecting our business:
Thank you for bearing with us during this unprecedented pandemic which is causing difficulties with everyone both personally and professionally. Our priority is for the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff, family and friends and doing all we can to help minimise the spread of Covid-19.
Currently our furniture showroom can be visited by arranging an appointment so that we can ensure minimum numbers at any one time and manage social distancing. We take the government guidelines seriously and as such have rearranged our showroom so that staff can maintain well over 2m distance. We adhere to strict cleaning procedures, staff wear masks and we have sanitiser and disposable gloves available for visitors.
With regards to orders the current situation is as follows:
Made-to-order furniture: You can still place orders by contacting us on email@example.com Current lead times are estimated at 12 weeks (subject to change). This is due to the social distancing measures being observed by our manufacturing and delivery teams. Aside from the lead time being subject to change, all our terms and conditions remain the same.
Homeware and lighting: Orders placed online will be processed and delivered within 7-10 days. We are working with our delivery partners, Parcelforce and DPD to ensure that social distancing measures are adhered to, which may involve the delivery person signing for your parcel on your behalf and leaving your parcel on the doorstep.
